Introducing the Advanced Manufacturing Business & Industry Leadership Team (BILT) at College of the Canyons
The BILT model empowers employers to co-lead curriculum development, aligning educational programs with the evolving demands of advanced manufacturing. By joining as a BILT member, your organization will:
· Access Skilled Talent: Engage with graduates equipped with the current skills and abilities required in advanced manufacturing.
· Shape Curriculum: Collaborate with the college to provide continuous feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
· Stay Ahead of Trends: Participate in quarterly virtual meetings to discuss industry trends, regional needs, and advise college leadership, ensuring the curriculum evolves with technological advancements.
Your Commitment
· Review our BILT Orientation: Review our BILT Orientation video (Daniel let’s discuss, need video changed in CANVA ASAP)
· Vote Annually: Annually vote on updated knowledge, skills, and abilities to include in the learning curriculum and technology needed.
· Engage Quarterly: Join quarterly virtual meetings to discuss industry trends and network with community leaders.
